If you have just received the news, are in the middle of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or preparing for surgery, and feel anxiety, fear or uncertainty overwhelming you, this is the space for you.

🌿 Navigating Diagnosis and Treatment with Mindfulness

This coaching offers you an anchor in the storm. You will learn to manage pre-treatment anxiety, manage nausea and pain with greater equanimity, improve sleep and find moments of peace even on the most difficult days. It will help you to be present, cultivate self-compassion and reduce the emotional impact of the process, strengthening your ability to cope with each step.

“When the treatment ended, I felt lost, as if my body was no longer mine and the future a shadow. With Fred, I learned to re-inhabit myself, to understand that I was not just ‘a survivor’, but someone with a new lease on life. Mindfulness helped me to dance with the uncertainty of relapse and to rediscover joy in the little things of every day.”

“Caring for my mother during her treatment was exhausting. I felt I had to be strong for her, but inside I was consumed by anxiety and immense fatigue. Transforming Fear into Peace

Before I started coaching, every medical appointment was torture, fear paralysed me and nights were pure insomnia. The programme gave me real tools to breathe and calm down, even in the waiting room. I learned not to fight anxiety, but to observe it and let it go. Now, although the road is still hard, I have an inner peace that allows me to face each day with more serenity and less anxiety.

    Rediscovering Life After Cancer

Finishing treatment was a relief, but also a new battle against the uncertainty and fatigue that would not go away. I felt like my life was on pause. Coaching helped me to reconnect with my body and emotions, to let go of the fear of relapse and to dream again. Mindfulness taught me to live fully in the present, despite the scars, and to find a joy I thought I had lost.

    Balance and Compassion in Parenting

Caring for my father while he was going through cancer was the hardest experience of my life. I felt overwhelmed, exhausted and guilty if I thought about myself. The coaching programme was my lifeline. It taught me to manage stress in a way I didn’t think possible and, most importantly, to be compassionate with myself. I can now be the support my father needs, but without losing myself in the process. It is a priceless gift.

It is a personalised and holistic accompaniment that guides you to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, especially during and after cancer. Together, we will define clear goals (such as managing stress, reducing anxiety or improving sleep) and in each session, you will actively work towards these tools and strategies for your wellbeing.

If you are looking for a more formal, group structure focused on post-cancer recovery, you can explore our official MBCR (Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery) Programme.

No, not at all. This coaching is designed for people with and without experience. I will guide you step by step from the basics. You will see how Mindfulness techniques can be a powerful tool for stress and anxiety management from day one. If you would like a first practical approach to get started, we invite you to take a look at our 7-Day Mindfulness Starter Course.

The duration and frequency vary according to your needs and goals, which we will define in our free initial conversation. Typically, sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes.

The cost is tailored to the duration and personalised structure of your programme. We will discuss this in detail at our free introductory session, where you can learn about the options available without obligation.

Not at all. Mindfulness Integrative Coaching is a powerful complement to your medical treatment. It works on your mental and emotional wellbeing, strengthening your coping skills and resilience, but it never replaces medical oncology care.

Yes, absolutely. This cancer coaching programme is designed to offer support to patients, survivors, family members and caregivers. We understand that the impact of cancer extends to the patient’s environment, and mindfulness is an invaluable tool for family members and caregivers to manage their own stress, anxiety and exhaustion, cultivating compassion and balance while supporting their loved ones.
