Our primary cohort includes Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Clinical Therapists, and Healthcare Practitioners — professionals who already work within evidence-based frameworks and want to add a structured, accredited mindfulness Teaching credential to their practice. The program is also highly effective for experienced Yoga Instructors and Educators seeking to integrate evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive mindfulness practices into their existing work. We curate each cohort to ensure a high-level, peer-to-peer exchange across these disciplines.

Traditional academic programs are often research-heavy and slow-paced. We focus on intensive competency. By using our unique peer-to-peer architecture, you participate in 12 systematic workshops with 36-48 peer-reviewed feedback cycles. You gain more practical teaching experience in 3 months than many academic students get in two years of theory, all while meeting the requirements for the MCMI (MindCoachers Certified Mindfulness Instructor) credential.

Designed for active professionals, the MCMI (MindCoachers Certified Mindfulness Instructor) pathway requires 5–6 hours per week: a 3-hour live conceptual module and a 2-hour practical workshop. All conceptual materials are recorded, but because we prioritize peer learning and safety, 80% attendance at live workshops is required for final certification.

Most trainings are generic; the MCMI (MindCoachers Certified Mindfulness Instructor) credential is specialized. We integrate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) safety protocols into the core curriculum. Whether in a professional, corporate, or healthcare setting, you will graduate knowing how to navigate challenging moments and apply mindfulness safely in complex, real-world situations.
