35 hours supervised teaching

5-day online silent retreat

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Within 14 days of payment you can request a full refund of everything paid — including the €500 Enrolment Commitment Fee. This is your statutory cooling-off right under EU and UK consumer law. After 14 days the €500 becomes non-refundable. To cancel, email info@mindcoachers.com with the subject line “MCMI Cancellation — [your name]”.



Your receipt email contains the full payment schedule with exact dates. Stripe charges automatically — you’ll receive a reminder few days before each payment. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before access is suspended.

If Cohort 1 doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants, MindCoachers will notify all enrolled participants and issue a full refund within 14 days — including the Enrolment Commitment Fee. Priority placement in a rescheduled cohort would also be offered. This is written into the T&Cs.

After you graduate and receive your MCMI certificate, you become eligible to apply directly to the International Mindfulness Teachers Association for the CMT-P. The application process and fee (~€150–250) are handled entirely by IMTA — MindCoachers will provide guidance and your documentation package to support the application.


Deferral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@mindcoachers.com as early as possible. Deferrals are not guaranteed but every effort is made for genuine circumstances. The full deferral policy is in the T&Cs.
